What a disappointing buy! This Kegel training set has three balls, each to be used in turn for strengthening exercises. But I found the quality lacking. Firstly, the retrieval cord is short, which makes it quite tricky to use. Furthermore, the silicone material isn't as seamless as claimed, and I have already noticed some tears. It's really not worth the hype or the money! Not recommended at all.
