I was thrilled to try this pump, as I've been on the lookout for something powerful yet discrete. While I appreciate the effort to make it easy to use, the Commander XL Pump has some design flaws that hinder its effectiveness. The charging process is straightforward; however, I found the use time to be shorter than advertised, which was disappointing. Elvira's enthusiasm wanes as the product does not live up to its promise.
