Beginners, beware! I was super excited to try this training system, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. The gags are not comfortable at all, and the plastic felt cheap and scratchy. Breathing was not as easy as promised, and the snaps just came undone at the slightest movement. Not to mention, the leather strap was stiff and dug into my skin. Definitely not worth it, and not beginner-friendly.
